As a user of SDNC, I want my Geo-redundant deployment to automatically detect site health issues and switch roles, as appropriate. It should use TSC recommended technologies, such as the Music/Hal solution

This solution includes the following (but these will likely get split up into separate stories)

• Hal being installed as part of SDNC
• Integration of Hal/Music into health monitoring and role switching scripts
• All required configuration, even though Geo-redundancy shall be disabled by default
• testing and evaluation
• Measurements of solution against KPI of interest.

In Beijing, this will just be a proof of concept.

Definition of Done

I expect the following to be captured

• Instructions to set it up
• All code checked in (or captured elsewhere), tested and in generally in compliance to ONAP guidelines.
• Any deltas in configuration files captured
• Test summary for the following test cases
