In testing OOM installation of ONAP I found the dhcpalert.properties with a

id=sdnc_1 would not retrieve any data form dmaap.

id=sdnc1 would retrieve and successfully save data to dbhost.

I confirmed via POSTMAN that the "_" in the ID field caused a null "[]"return on the GET to DMaaP events for the VCPE-DHCP-EVENT topic.

assigning priority of Medium since there is a work around to remove the "_" from dhcpalert.properties
