As a SDNC user,I need to perform configurations tests at protocol layer tests as a pre-test validation

This userstory is to enable for the user to perform pre-test validation on the device for VNF before applying the configuration deployment.

Backend Impact –

To Develop both  protocol and device level tests as part of the functionality.

Pre-requisites -

• Device should be reachable on network layer to perform the required tests
• Required permissions to be there to perform operations on the device

Acceptance Criteria -- As a SDN-C user, I should be able to perform series of network/protocol layer validations on underlying devices/vnf/pnf to certify the devices.
