Beijing final release has a bug in the "break" node for vnf-topology-operation-assign that it fails to load into the database. the graph install.sh says hasGraph indicates an error on that xml DG.

Work around is to manually load the json DG into dgbuilder , fix the one break node with the extra line and then upload the DG.

Probably introduced wheen the DG was run through a pretty print
