Incorporate a new LCM called as "DistributeTraffic" for migration of traffic from source to destination with appropriate input parameters. The input parameters for the API would be defined. Some of it would be plugged into the payload to simplify implementation for Casablanca. The payload would then be passed to the downstream Ansible server (for e.g.) to take appropriate actions.

For VNF, we will use vnf-id in input and nf-naming-code in payload.

nf-naming-code = vgw for example.

SDNC will look up nf-naming-code in AAI if not passed in payload
