VID preload dataattachment triggers SDNC automated naming errors

Attached a json name/value pair set to VID and tried to create a vf-module. SO queries SDNC and because there was no preload-list data SDNC started the vf-module-topology-assign-nopreload DG. 

The model did not specify a policy-instance-name so it generated an error.

Need to know the set of default naming policies for a generic VF where the preload data will container the name of the VF.
