OpenDaylight Boron provides the ability to do dependency injection via Aries Blueprint instead of the Configuration Subsystem.  Aries Blueprint is the publicly expressed path forward for Dependency Injection in ODL.  The CSS is slotted for deprecation in ODL Nitrogen and removal in ODL Oxygen, since it is bespoke, slower, and more prone to confusing and inconsistent runtime errors.

As a developer, I wish to align with ODL best practices for the application controller so that I can continue taking new versions from upstream OpenDaylight.  This involves removing the existing ProvidersModule(s) and ProviderModuleFactory(s) and replacing them with the appropriate blueprint counterparts.
