sdnc-db fails resilience testing

    • Observed in the resilience testing environment in SB00 which was a Release environment deployed yesterday.

      Deleting sdnc-db pod causes VNF Instantiate test to fail due to SDNC Portal being unable to connect to the SDNC DB.  The system could not recover automatically, and had to be manually recovered by also deleting sdnc-portal pod.

      To reproduce:

      • Fresh ONAP instance
      • Run "demo-k8s.sh onap init"
      • Delete sdnc-db pod and wait for it to restart.
      • Run "ete-k8s.sh onap instantiateDemoVFWCL"
