Locatin in the repo: SDNC-OAM/installer/sdnc
Dockerfile configuration should be as default for single node. Actual always the cluster feature "odl-netconf-clustered-topology" is configured.

Actual implementation:

• Cluster configuration is activated via startODL.sh script with function enable_odl_cluster
• if ENABLE_ODL_CLUSTER is true and SDNC_REPLICAS are configured.

Changes:

• Dockerfile featuresBoot changed to "odl-netconf-topology" for single-node
• startODL.sh/enable_odl_cluster() modify to change to "odl-netconf-clustered-topology" if cluster is configured
