Steps to reproduce:

• Installing SDNC cluster with oom helm deployment.
• SDN-R OLUX GUI is not available/SDN-R features are not installed in karaf

Solution: SDN-R feature should be installed directly into SDNC/OAM image. 

Steps to do:

• Add into pom.xml dependency
• Add SDN-R services to ODL featureRepositories into Dockerfile and standalone.Dockerfile using variable SDNR_WT_REPO
