unresolved-composite-data fails to resolve params from the resource accumulator template resulting in the wrong config tree which fails in md-sal update. 

This Jira shall address the issue with md-sal update and add the capability for unresolved-composite-data to support the resolution of ${variable_name}_staticContext:
