Cannot install any feature in ODL / SDCN Dublin & ElAlto

After i run feature:install, ODL crashes.

Any idea why ? it used to work in Casablanca

 

 

Also, you can see below that ODL console kicks me off after feature:install command, and after I login again, the netconf-topology bundle is stuck in GracePeriod, instead of active
