    Description

      PROPOSED REQUIREMENT: DCAE VES Event Listener MUST support certificate authentication and basic authentication for HTTPS for xNF clients.

      REASON: Add DCAE requirement to support both Certificate Authentication and Basic Authentication for HTTPS.  Certificate authentication is preferred and is more secure and more scalable.  Basic Authentication is supported when certificates are not supported by the xNF client and/or the operator.
