Some attributes of the json body being send to multicloud (e.g. for vfModuleCreate) are 'json in a string' instead of actual json.

e.g.  "{ \"abc\": 123}" instead of { "abc": 123 }

such as 'oof_directives', 'sdnc_directives', 'template_data'
