While doing testing with multicloud, we had clouds with cloudregion names of greater than 11 characters.  the SO DB defines the cloud region id column to be 11 characters.

to workaround, we changed the AIC_CLOUD_REGION and AIC_CLOUD_REGION columns in the 'infra_active_requests' and 'infra_archived_requests' to be 50 characters.
