SDNC is receiving an auto-generated vf-module-name from SO.
Since its autogenerated by SO SDNC can't reliably use it for finding preload data.

getVfModuleName=zRegionOne7_base_vcpe_vgw_0

the script/OSS that would call SO will set the preload data with a vf-module-name and but there is no way to send that name to SO we we have to have complex logic to look for preload data with the same MAC address of a parent object (BRG) to get preload stored by MAC address.
