Use UUID to fill pnf-id in PNF PnP sub-flow

    Description

      Currently the CreateAndActivatePnfResource creates a PNF entry in AAI with pnf-id and pnf-name both set with correlationId.

      The goal is to store a uuid as pnf-id instead of correlationId (only pnf-name will be set to the value of correlationId).
