Using SO to instantiate Neutron or Contrail network : lack of documentation

With SO, it is possible to instantiate a service that contain a "network". That "network" can be modeled based on Neutron or Contrail type of network. SO database contains some Heat templates, preloaded in SO db, related to those "networks" but there is no documentation how to build the SO request to use those models.
