SO Workflow need to call configure API during instantiation

The SO workflow during instantiation to be modified to call the APP-C Configure API.

Ability to pass the configuration parameters through API during instantiation workflow should also be supported. Also the SO should have capability to process the configuration parameters that could be fetched from SDN-C, AAI and then accordingly invoke the APP-C API

Additionally all the network interface details (Name, IP Address) of the instantiated VNFs need to be populated in AAI. This is required so that VNF configuration scripts could choose any of the interface IP for performing the required configuration.
