When I try to instantiate a VNF from VID gui, after the stack was successfully created in Openstack, VF-Module ORCH status became "pending-delete"

In the attached log file it can be observed the exception that the mso is throwing.

If I manually delete the VF-Module from VID GUI, after the stack is deleted in Openstack, the ORCH STATUS become DELETED(see attached images)
