In casablanca release processVfModules() function in ToscaResourceInstaller.java used to update vnf_resource table using  the statement service.getVnfCustomizations().add(vnfResource); which was outside the if condition, but now it's put under the if condition because of which, vnf_resource table is not getting modified.
