The following errors need to be corrected in the VNFM adapter to enable calls to/from the VNFM to succeed

1. VFNM Adapter does not yet support authentication/security between the VNFM adapter and the VNFM. In order for calls between the adapter and the VNFM to succeed we need to permit calls to the notification and granting endpoints without authorization and use http rather than https in calls towards the VNFM.
2. A double '/' is being used incorrectly in some paths
3. A message convertor needs to be added that is capable of handling OffsetDateTime
