Currently the ETSI workflow will terminate after failing to correctly poll the VNFM-adapter for the operationState of the instantiate request. 

While the instantiate request to the SVNFM may still create the requested stack/resource, it will not be able to retrieve the status of this operation in the BPMN workflow.
