Distribution error for type SO for CLOUD_TECHNOLOGY_SPECIFIC_ARTIFACTS

      When service with artifact of type  CLOUD_TECHNOLOGY_SPECIFIC_ARTIFACTS is distributed, SO notes an error - which otherwise does not appear to cause a problem.

      There is also an error for a .env file with same base name as the artifact (which  SDC apparently creates).
