Currently the VNFM adapter creates the relationship between the cloud tenant and the VNF, however this is superfluous as the bpmn infra flow already creates the relationship. We will therefore remove the creation of the relationship from the adapter.

Also the adapter creates the relationship between verser<->vnf and vnfm<->vnf by adding the relationship to the vserver/vnfm POJO and then using AAI client create/update method to send the vnfm/vserver info to AAI. We will change this to instead use the AAI client connect method to create the relationship
