    Description

      Enhance SO SDC Controller invoke ONAP-ETSI Catalog APIs to store ETSI packages to the ONAP-ETSI Catalog DB

      • SO stores ONBOARDING_PACKAGE zip/csar files in the ONAP-ETSI Catalog DB through ONAP-ETSI Catalog Manager APIs
      • SO parses the SDC CSAR file to find out if the package contains the ONBOARDED_PACKAGE artifact folder.
        • If it contains the folder, SO invokes the ETSI Catalog Manager by passing the SDC csar id, on top of the existing procedure.
        • Otherwise, it is NON-ETSI package, and SO will follow the existing procedure only

      Precondition: ETSI Catalog DB does not have the original vendor package, which is being onboarded.

      Postcondition: ETSI Catalog DB contains the original vendor package.

          Bug - A problem which impairs or prevents the functions of the product. MODELING-318 ETSI Catalog Manager error code is too generic. We need the "package already exists" error code.

          • High - Severely impaired functionality. Erratic performance and reduced system availability. It may cause major components or features of the system to be unavailable although certain parts of the system remain functional. A workaround may exist but its use is unsatisfactory or at a high time cost (manual intervention required). Must be fixed in any of the upcoming builds and should be included in the current release.
