Prepare VNFM Simulator and add it to MSB

      The VNFM simulator within CSIT tests needs to be able to communicate with multiple elements of the live system.

      As a docker container which is external to the kubernetes cluster which our live system is running on, the IP of the container the simulator is running on will need to be used in several locations. 

       

      Acceptance Criteria: The VNFM Simulator will have no issues communicating with any of the Live system
