Jira tickets show STRIKE-THROUGH when they should NOT.

There is a strange display for open, unresolved, relatively new jira tickets … when Jira tickets are linked to Wiki pages.

For example, if you link JIRA SO-2432 to a wiki page, you will see that it is CROSSED-THROUGH (strike-through) but, if you look at JIRA SO-1838 it looks ok (not striken)

So the developers were looking at this help page (found through google):

      https://community.atlassian.com/t5/Jira-questions/New-issues-are-strike-through/qaq-p/294691

And it says that if your resolution field (or in the history of the resolution) has “Resolved”, then it strikes through the issue. Which of course makes sense (since it is done).

But in our case, this is still an outstanding, UNRESOLVED issue.

This needs to be solved so that it properly shows Jira tickets on the Use Case wiki pages so that it doesn't confuse people because when you STRIKE through an ACTIVE, Unresolved, New Jira it looks like it has already been solved.
