Create AssignPnfBB

Goal:

• Create AssignPnfBB based on current implementation from CreateAndActivatePnfResource.bpmn
• AssignPnfBB should create PNF entry in AAI only if it does not exist
• Demonstrate working solution using SO API

Test scenario:

• Run demo flow containing AssignPnfBB
  • use some demo service model containing PNF
  • pnfCorrelationId should be passed as input when starting workflow (as PNF instance name)
• Check in SO Monitoring that flow with AssignPnfBB has been executed
• Check that entry for PNF was created in AAI with requested pnfCorrelationId.
