CoS:

• PNF instance should be linked to service instance during creation in AAI

Demo scenario:

• Run demo flow containing AssignPnfBB on some demo service model (use SO official REST API to start instantiation)
  • pnfCorrelationId should be passed as input when starting workflow (use field where PNF instance name is stored)
• Show in SO Monitoring that flow with AssignPnfBB has been executed
• Show that entry for PNF was created in AAI with requested pnfCorrelationId (PNF instance name). 
• Show that link between PNF instance and service instance has been created
  • use both AAI API and UI
