CoS:

• Include AssignPnfBB, WaitForPnfReadyBB, ActivatePnfBB in Service-Macro-Create flow
• Order of BBs defined here: https://wiki.onap.org/display/DW/PNF+PnP+workflow+migration+to+Building+Blocks#PNFPnPworkflowmigrationtoBuildingBlocks-ProposedsequenceinService-Macro-Createflow
• Ensure that if PNF is NOT present in the service model then PNF related BBs are NOT executed 

Demo scenario:

• Run standard service instantiation (Service-Macro-Create flow should be executed)
  • include PNF in your service model
  • during instantiation REST call to DMaaP can be used to simulate "PNF ready" event
• Show in SO Monitoring that Service-Macro-Create has been executed and it included PNF related BBs in correct order 
• Run standard service instantiation for the service model that does NOT include PNF - show that PNF related BBs were NOT executed
