CoS:

• Service-Macro-Create flow should include BB responsible for PNF config assign
  • we should use ControllerExecutionBB.bpmn for scope=pnf, action=configAssign

How to demo:

• Show in SDC service model that contains PNF
  • show that 'cds' was set as a controller actor for the PNF
• Show in SO DB that ControllerExecutionBB has been added to orchestration_flow_reference table.
• Run Service-Macro-Create flow on a demo service model
• Show in SO Monitoring that ControllerExecutionBB was successfully executed
• Show in SO logs request sent to the CDS

Arch details:

• We need to create ControllerRunnable implementation that handles PNF and CDS for BBs.
  • Let's call it GenericPnfCDSControllerRunnableBB
• Update will be needed for BBInputSetup and WorkflowAction to support BBs which do not contain PNF in its name. Similarly as it was done here for VNFs:
