Has been noticed that all macro service instantiation request for PNF fail in SO API handler.

They fail due to unauthorized issue to A&AI.

Also has been noticed that all a'la carte service instantiation requests for VNF works fine.

After comparison it seems that for macro flow authorization header is missing.
