In the Frankfurt the authorization in the so-monitoring GUI is mandatory. By default, no users are created to access the so-monitoring GUI.
Like was mentioned in mail https://lists.onap.org/g/onap-discuss/topic/73076157, if the user wants to have access to the GUI, he must manually update the configmap used by the so-monitoring and add there the usercredentials part.

So it will be usefull feature to creates the users automatically, for example, add the user in the oom configmaps, or implemented other mechanisms to creates those users.
