Generic NeutronNet name in SDC update in heat_template

      SDC named the generic neturon network object as "Generic NeutronNet" the heat_template entry is "GenericNeutronNet" (no spaces)  which does not match so deployment of networks fails.

       

      Easiest is to update the heat_template entry to ebe "Generic NeutronNet" for name.
