Master branch uses SNAPSHOT version that are not available anymore

    Description

      several components are using "SNAPSHOT" version which shouldn't be done in master.

      And when one snapshot is missing like aai-schema:1.7.1-SNAPSHOT, we cannot build anymore the jars

       

      I've seen at least openstack.version (1.6.1-SNAPSHOT), logging elements (1.6.7-SNAPSHOT) and aai-schema (1.7.1-SNAPSHOT)
