SO integration testing CSIT jobs should be disabled until brought up to date

      Current SO integration-testing and integration-etsi-testing CSITs have not been testing any relevant images  since Frankfurt or earlier (see details in https://jira.onap.org/browse/SO-3306), so they are currently just wasting resources and should be removed until brought up to date.

      The macroflow CSIT job should be left as it is.
