      Update of information in AAI about CNF (stretch)

      • Modify instantiation process in CNF Adapter to retrieve CNF Status data from K8splugin after instantiation
        • Parse this data according to AAI CNF Object schema (https://jira.onap.org/browse/AAI-3205) and publish information to AAI
        • Also update Delete process to remove aforementioned resources on CNF Termination
      • Expose Query API endpoint in CNF Adapter to allow AAI consumers query CNF Resource data from it.
