Current logic for Macro flows in SO prevents users from creating mutliple vnfs or vf-modules of the same model. During creation, modelCustomizationId is being used to differentiate which resource should be created. In a payload with multiple resources (vnf or vf-module) having the same modelCustomizationId, the first one will always be returned. This causes building blocks to be skipped and resources will not be created.
