Description
SO is failing a mandatory security test nonssl_endpoints.
Failing pods/containers:

Project must either:
- change the pod endpoints to enable TLS, or
- submit an exception in the nonssl_endpoints, exception file following the instructions in https://wiki.onap.org/display/DW/ONAP+Security+Exception+Process
