As of now, so/so-nssmf-adapter doesn't reach out to the external RAN nssmf simulator for events slice activate and de-activate. Internally it mimics the the event and consume it.

This task is about enabling so-nssmf-adapter to reach out RAN nssmf simulator with slice activate and de-activate events for option - 2 architecture.
