Investigate communication between CNFM pod and vendor kub cluster using Helm 3 CLI client inc. pros and cons

As part of CNFM we would like to be able to communicate between a CNFM pod and a vender k8s cluster. To do this we want to merge the kubeconfig files of both systems to enable communication. To do this:

• Prove the concept in a local k8s kind environment
• Create cloud environment akin to the image attached.
• Prove the concept in cloud envionment
• Document all findings
• Identify all pros and cons
