To use multi-cloud URL to deploy service, the Keystone URL in SO's /opt/config/keystone.txt need to be changed. After that the docker containers need to be deleted and so_vm_init.sh is re-run to re-generate cloud-config.json in SO's container.

Once this is done no new VNF's can be created with any of the existing services. Error screenshot attached for reference.

I tried with already available service instances as well as after creating a service instance from already deployed service.

The only way to create a VNF is to create a new service from SDC and deploy it.
