Automate robot heatbridge manual step to add VF Module stack resources in AAI

Currently after VF Module creation, there is a manual step of executing robot heatbridge step to update AAI with the VF module stack resources that got created in cloud. The syntax of this command is -

demo.sh <stack name> <service instance id> <VNF Type>

Example:

root@onap-tm-robot:/opt# ./demo.sh heatbridge vFirewall-0612-3 41f134f5-db0a-4fec-8b30-263087d28456 vFW 

This should be automated and the operation needs to be performed by VID after successful VF module creation in cloud instance.

For auto scale-out use case scenario this automation is essential so as to avoid any manual steps in between successive "scale-outs". Also SO seems to be the right component where this functionality needs to be present.
