HTTPS fails to AAI on Model Distribution.

onap-ca.crt includes both the openecomp.org cert and the new onap cert.
Java does not properly create the java keystore with the two cert chains in the same file.
It seems to only use the first cert openecomp.org

Putting onap-ca-new.crt in addition to the onap-ca.crt in the /usr/local/share/ca-certificates directory fixes the problem
