Based on feedback provided by the Logging PTL, the Logging framework has been recently updated in order to consider other open source requests. We need to define an iterative approach including the versioning so the ONAP community while we can get implementation artifacts/baby steps in order to avoid such issue during any incoming ONAP release.

update: the collaboration with Acumos was driven by the fact they were shadowing ONAP (k8s and logging) - and were the most active in getting the spec working - more so than ONAP itself.
