Installation of onap should be creatable either during install or as separate script.

Currently the flow does not work unless some of this data is created manually. Examples of this are an admin user on the sdncgc portal which is needed to load preload data, the aai customer that is needed to load vid, and logins for various guis.

This data should be either included by default with some flag to turn it off (or vice versa) or there should be a separate script that lets a user run this on their own maybe as part of a quick start script
