As an OPS user I would like to be able to instantiate a Configuration,So I will be able to connect "Source" & "Collector"

Definition of Done:
1. Once instantiating a port mirror service that contains a node template Type: Configuration - need to display the "configuration" in the list of the Node templates
2. Once the user selects the configuration from the list, The following fields should be displayed according to the new design:

• Configuration metaData - From ASDC model:

• Lcp cloud region Name (But only the ID should be sent to MSO -Attached AID Page 66)
• Instance name

3. Once the user inserts all the relevant data He should be able to navigate to the next form #2- According to the new UI design
4. once Form #2  is displayed the user should be able to see the following:
 
    Scheme of:

Source - Proxy service(VMME)
Configuration - That is being istanitated
Collector - Proxy Service(vProb)

5. Each Element in the scheme should display the MetaData information - according to the new design UI

Integration Required:
1. A&AI from fields LCP region & Instance name
2. Tosca parser
