As an OPS I would like to be able to deactivate the service instance

Definition of Done:
1. Once the user have activated the service instance the be: orchestration-status = Active
2. Only when the service instance orchestration-status = Active "Deactivate button should appear & "Activate" button should not be available
3. Once the user clicks on the "Deactivate" button The Deactivate request sets the status to "PendingDelete" & the deactivate button should not be available
4. The user should be able to delete the service instance once it was "Deactivate"  successfully
5. Any time after performing a request to MSO need to have an indication of a progress popup & polling
6. Error hanadling - Displays the error recived from MSO
