As a User of ONAP, I should be able to request a configuration change on one or more selected VNFs via a workflow.

Definition of Done:
1.  When the user selects a VNF that is allowed for work flow "vnf Config Update" - the WF should be displayed in the "Workflows" drop down  list
2. Once the user selects the "vnf Config Update" a new filed should be displayed by the name of "Attach configuration file" with browse option
3. The user should be able to upload an CSV  file
4. once the user uploads the file  -"Schedule " button should become enabled - The field is mandatory
    4.1 Once the user clicks on the the schedule button - The flow should continue as usual
5. Errors should be supported once the file is not valid
